Sometimes this is great on a hot day and your looking for something refreshing. It doesn't have a lot of substance in its probably not going to be very filling. I love pairing this with my normal post run snack.
Adding oats and milk is a way I like to elevate this recipe post run. Gives some carbs, protein, and fat which can add to the satiety of the juice and also the important components to a recovery snack.
